Paleo Grilled Vegetables



  • Any seasonal vegetables you choose (10-12 ), sliced or cut large enough to not fall through grates on grill
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • sea salt & ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 T fresh rosemary, minced



    1. Cut up vegetables, place in large mixing bowl.
    2. Add oil, salt, pepper & rosemary. Toss well.
    3. Place on grill, medium-high heat.
    4. Flip vegetables over once bottom side has grill marks on it (usually about 7 minutes).

Remove vegetables from the grill once second side is grill marked
